Got an email from a new friend in Africa and thought I would publish the list of things they need for their village and mission site.
A summary on the school, on the 18/01/07 the school
was blown by the heavy rains, but thank God the
Ministry was able to repair it. It was bad no death
and no major injury to the staff and children. From
the challenge of the school, at least one is solved -
the school has electricity now. These still remain as
major challenges - 3 teachers' houses, 5 academic
classrooms, 5 - 10 computers, science lab; school
transport (a small lorry - 2 - 3 tones) and renovating
3 teachers' houses. Off course books still remains.
My education possibilities - God willing if I can get financial
support I have to start my first degree in June but my
main desire is to do a degree programme in theology
this in August /September in Kenya at Scott
Theological University or Daystar university - pray
that God will make a way in this area - funds be
available. My family, two boys doing Grade 12, 1 girl
has just passed her Grade 9, she is going into Grade
10, 1 boy doing his Grade 6 and last born doing Grade
3. My wife is planning to get into nursing school.
At the Mission things are still well though the need
of helping the aged, widows and orphans is great thus
a church.
